How to Brew
- Grind your Soul Kofi beans to your preferred coarseness just before brewing for maximum freshness.
- Use filtered water heated to 92–94°C for best extraction results.
- For espresso: fine grind, 9 bar pressure, 25–30 second pull.
- For pour-over: medium grind, slow spiral pour over 3–4 minutes.
- For French press: coarse grind, 4 minute steep before plunging.
