We aim to get your coffee to you as fresh and quickly as possible because every sip matters.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Freshness Commitment
Our coffee is roasted and packed to preserve freshness. Because it’s a perishable product, we cannot accept returns due to delays once the product has been delivered.
