We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns & Change of Mind
Due to the nature of roasted coffee beans, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choice
- Opened products
However, if something isn't right, we'll fix it.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soulkofi.ltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will:
- Replace the product, or
- Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

If you believe your coffee is not up to standard, reach out to us—we’re committed to making it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
